公司有个晋升会计的机会,我想试试看,可能会问你做了会计后,怎么提高财务部门的efficiency or performance? 或者你觉得现在的财务部门有什么问题..

有经验的前辈指点一下这种问题怎么回答呢????

Just several general things you might want to consider:
improve internal communication and coordinations
lean the cross funtion processes (how accounting department working with other functions)
Standardise working documents
