Calling all Customer Care Operators who can speak Fluent Mandarin and who are passionate about talking to customers!

Fantastic opportunities are available for Customer Care Operators who can speak fluent Mandarin. Here is your chance to be part of a vibrant, social customer service team who regularly celebrate diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

These roles will suit Customer Care Operators who are passionate and driven to go the extra mile to retain customers. You will be bubbly, professional, people focused and driven with the desire to grow and progress within the organisation.

To be successful in these roles you will have previous retail, customer service or call centre experience and have the ability to think on your feet. You will be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and be able to pick up new systems quickly.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English, strong attention to detail and have the ability to build relationships with a wide range of people. These roles are based in a busy high volume call centre, so you will need great multitasking and organisational skills with a positive resilient attitude.

我只问那个叫花天堂的话的意思,没问事实"买工作"的意思。就觉得他的发言和上下文联系起来的意思是，他跟adt的关系很好，可以搞定那个工作一样。
