是call centre 还是branch的啊。。。。具体做什么呢？。。我想去。。可是跟我的专业完全不对口

不好意思，仔细看了一下，是asb集团partner sovereign保险公司招客服人员，在公司总部，takapuna,一个非常现代的办公楼（完全开放式的）。
主要接听电话，有来自保险客户，保险顾问等的来电，很好的customer service expereience. 以后有机会继续在风险管理（保险领域），或者个人理财方向发展，员工福利和asb的员工福利是一样的。可以有机会发展内部申请asb的工作。

我个人认为，主要工作经验是有客户服务的就好。这个工作基本不面对客户，主要电话上，还有processing。build up broad knowledge.

我没记错的话公司的楼里有售午餐的地方，旁边也有一些小店卖食物，咖啡店，还有Medical centre, gym centre,都是within walking distance. 我去过一次是参加培训，楼内的开放式设计是我从来没有见识过的。

asb也要盖新的concept大楼，和sovereign的类似，但是要明年才能使用。

个人觉得这是个入门的职位，一般有银行工作经验保险工作经验的都可以做别的职位了。所以应该不会内部有人申请了。有点类似银行的teller, cso,一般是给外部的申请者准备的。
