Mon 20 February

Powhiri and Pasifika welcome
9.30am - 11am Assemble in front of Study Centre

Official International Welcome (refreshments included)
11:00am - 2:00pm All international students must attend

Commencement Dinner (Dress: formal)
7pm - Atrium
$25 per ticket (maximum of 3)
RSVP with cheque on the form in the back of Orientation brochure

Mon 20 - Thu 23 February

Flying Start
4 - 7pm for 4 evenings - Study Centre Auditorium
$50 for 4 sessions + resources
Register on the form in the Flying Start brochure

Tue 21 - Fri 24 February

Formal College Welcomes
(compulsory for all new students)
See the index in the Orientation Brochure

Thu 23 February

Mature Students Garden Party
6.30 pm - Study Centre Staff Lounge
Free (additional guests $5 - pay on the night)

Fri 24 February

"Extramurals on campus" day
From 10 am - Study Centre Staff Lounge

Postgraduate Welcome /Induction Evening

Garden Bar open 10am - 5pm

Thursday 23 Feb
Karaoke from 7pm at Garden Bar
Garden Bar open 10am - late

Friday 24 Feb
Elemenop
with Foamy Ed and Quarter 2 @ Garden Bar from 7pm - 11pm. Students $10, Public $20
Garden Bar open 10am - 5pm

Monday 27 Feb
Rock 101 - Tourist, The Septembers, Midnight Youth and Ruptus Jack @ Garden Bar from 3 - 7pm
Hostel Mingle ... with our favourite pirate band Scurvy Dogs, 8 - 11pm
Free BBQ dinner for all Albany students from 7 - 8pm
Garden Bar open 10am - late

Tuesday 28 Feb
Playstation competition @ Garden Bar (heats from 11am - 1pm, finals from 2pm - 4pm)
Scurvy Dogs @ Garden Bar from 1 - 2pm
Comedy Show @ AT2 from 7.30 - 10pm. Students $5, Public $10
Garden Bar open 10am - 7.30pm

Wednesday 01 Mar
Beach Party with Quarter 2, Tahuna Breaks, dDub, Jonny Doom and the Forcefields and Odessa, from 3pm - late. Pub Crawl afterwards

Clubs Day

Thursday 02 Mar
Emerging Artist Tour @ Garden Bar from 1 - 3pm
Market Day from 10am - 4pm
Hypnotist @ AT2 from 7.30 - 10pm. Students $5, Public $10
Garden Bar open from 10am - 7.30pm

Friday 03 March
The Exponents. From 7.30 - 11.30pm with Autozam and Midnight Youth. Students $15, Public $30. We have room for 2,000 people. We want to pack the place out. Tickets through iticket.
Garden Bar open from 10am - late
Note: The Art Expo will be only on Saturday.

Sat 04 March
Art Expo @ Rec Centre from 10am - 4pm
Bom Funk MCs @ St James Theatre, Doors open 7:30. Tickets through TicketDirect
