标题: 请问接受哪个offer比较好 [打印本页]

现在手上有2个offer,一个是大保险公司的underwriter，一个是小会计公司的junior accountant，我是去年刚刚毕业的，会计和金融的专业，现在很挣扎选哪个好，junior accountant只是个fixed term，所以不能移民，underwriter我自己查了下，也要3年的工作经验才能移民

现在感觉非常挣扎，毕竟是毕业后的第一份正式工作，而且2份工作都有利有弊，大家有从career development和申请PR的方向能给我些建议，选择哪个offer会比较好？谢谢了~

当然是junior accountant...第一份工作就做junior accountant很lucky了。。从career perspective, 在会计事务所junior accountant做的好，不用1-2年就可以做accountant，可以移民了啊，underwriter不了解，但认识的都是保险行业类的，career 上就是总银行或者保险业

underwriter is good. after getting some insurance experience and reference then go study actuary. when u become Actuary someday, remember to buy me coffee :P

How can you get such good job offers? how is the job market out there now??? it looks like very hard for graduates to get a job in a few years.....

不懂会计和Underwritter具体有什么Career Dev的差别，不过如果是一年的FT，还是选Perm的Job比较好。

那个fixed term只有半年，说原因是本来就缺一个人，但是因为有个大顾客在流失，所以不确定6个月后还需不需要人

Underwriting career is good if you can have many years of experience and eventually specialise in one area. In some insurance companies, there are top roles called "chief underwriting officer" who reports to the CEO. So it is a good career.

LZ肯定是人才，刚毕业offer都能拿到underwriter。 underwriting 是保险的core part，绝对有前途哈

保险公司裁起人来也很狠啊
不过那个半年的公司人好象太少了点
五个人基本就是微型公司
大公司条件好很多,下一份工作一般看上一份的工作经验

个人觉得小公司原因帮你改JOB DESCRIPTION来申请PR容易过大公司...大公司看你VISA没了就不会帮你了....如果要申请PR.........小的比较好..............

有一个小建议，如果选择小的会计公司的话一定要搞清楚它到底是不是ATO还有老板是不是支持你考CA，如果不是那将来考CA的话就会有一定的影响。LZ是会在AUCKLAND工作吗？

大保险公司的underwriter, 这有什么好纠结的，你有本事，PR是时间问题，还是多考虑一下以前CAREER发展方向比较好。

VISA什么的可能不大会需要公司帮着申请，只有最后申请PR的时候才会要帮助
毕业生一般都有1+2年的work visa，这个时间就已经可以申请PR了

如果是这样的话INSURANCE的工作对移民会比较靠普.
