可是根据新西Carriage of Goods Act
If you don't have a written contract with the carrier, your goods will be carried at "limited carrier's risk". This means the carrier is liable for any unintentional loss or damage up to $1500 for each separate item.
PS: NZ Carriage of Goods Act should only cover any damages which happened during transportation within NZ wide. In addition, do you have a written contract with the carrier? Such as connote or HB etc. If you do, quickly check the terms and conditions. If it clearly states that they will not be responsible for any damage on fragile goods, NZ Carriage of Goods Act is not applicable in this case.作者: TT.Happy 时间: 2012-4-20 15:59:05
