千万不要去喜洋洋寄奶粉，说三周，一个月超过也没有到，更不用调包的可能性就不用说了。

请问LZ最后奶粉收到了么？还是申请退款了？

我的奶粉也寄了，５个月，结果也没收到，申请退款也一直没有退，真是糟头了！～每次和他们联系，都是一样的回复，让耐心等待。拜托，这奶粉早过期了好不好？

额我在FML版块看到有人说这个公司已经不在他网站的地址了。。。

这家公司太扯了，我已经按照喜洋洋网站上的地址去找了，人去楼空，问了附近的其他商家，说早已经搬走了。完全属于欺诈行为，有谁知道这类事情要向什么地方投诉？快递和货物的损失如何赔付？贴图供大家参考。

Thank you for your recent report to Scamwatch and the ORB. Sorry to hear you have this problem with goods not delivered, and the website not responding.  Yours is the secon complaint we have received, one just on Tuesday.

It is really frustrating when something like this happens and unfortunately in these sorts of cases it is virtually impossible to get your money back. The website xyy.co.nz is  registered as follows so you may be able to contact the owner Fan Zhang.

Fan Zhang also is the director of the shipping company (as well as a raft of other companies).  This does happen quite often I'm afraid, that goods just simply don't get delivered.  As there is an address for the website owner you can apply to the Disputes Tribunal however if he is not at that address anymore then you won't be able to enforce an order even if you get one.  Enforcement can be difficult anyway.

If ever you are asked to pay by a money transfer system (like Western Union) do not do so.  These systems are not possible to trace.  If you pay by credit card, you can at least apply to your bank for a chargeback. Details here

请问要怎样投诉喜洋洋呀？我的奶粉寄了四个月了，没收到，一直显示在海关。
感觉不对劲，才发现关门大吉了，现在都不知道该怎么做呢！
