律师，你好。我与房东签署了一年的租约，租期到今年年底。但是因其他事宜，我下月需要搬出。是否我需要找到续租人员，才能搬离。或者让房东发布广告，重新招租客，我要承担哪些费用。

I met similar situation before. U signed the contract then u have no much choice. U may find other people . Try negotiate with ur landlord
