My company pays the staff for their qualifications, for example $ 5000 for PG diploma or Master annually.

I assume this is taxable income.. Can anyone, who is specialising in taxation provide me the official website link?

If that is just a reimbursement then I don't think it is a taxable income

this is the recognition of higher qualification. paid annually...

if taxable, what rate? standalone payment or put together with payroll?
