有的职业说只招PR citizen。

我有个问题，请问没有PR 的人，你们拿的什么签证啊？工签？

那你们怎么有的工签啊，如果本身是没有工作在找工作的话？

向我是同居移民，不需要工作，但是好像很多人，又没有PARTNER，一个人在这边，拿的还是工签找工作。

但是我看了洋人招聘网站上，我的感觉是（可能不对，望指教）：都是希望你自己有12个月以上的工签。然后好像没有要担保人的样子。

因为我同学要拿着WORKING HOLIDAY过来了，希望大家指点一下

The truth is some ppl in China are cheated by the immigration advisors, and I'm afraid the working holiday visa programme will not last long because...

if the employers are qualified as accredicted employers, they are allow to employ people overseas.

WHV只能给同一个雇主做3个月。。。以前说是可以转其他签证。。。现在不知道可不可以了。。
拿工签要么毕业获得一年，要么partner担保要么找到公司担保。。。想不出还有啥方法。。

Because some ppl will over-stay and as far as I know, nz is the only country which opens door for China abt working holiday visa...

一般都是找个便宜学校续学签，或者黑下来。
