The lease programme provides an opportunity for property owners who want to lease their property in return for guaranteed monthly lease payments.

We do not have a requirement for new lease properties at this stage. We will update this website as this situation changes.

把房子租给政府当福利房!----------------------
然后你就会头疼了，
1，租金 10% 管理费
2，房屋大部分损坏----正常，你自己出钱修。
3，房屋任何问题，让你限期修理，否则他们找人修，钱从房租里扣除。

不信你可以试试，就知真假。租政府福利房大多数是岛人，毛利人等没工作的人。不是富人。

找Housing NZ。他们一般要2房或4房或以上的房子 (当时我问过，我的投资房是3房，所以他们不要）。房子损坏他们会负责修的，会以market rate来付房租。其实我觉得挺不错的。

是你不懂吧，至少以前有房子租给Hoseing 3 年，也许运气不好，但起码是亲身经历，你呢？谈谈你的亲身经历吧。
