To be eligible for a grant of New Zealand citizenship you must have New Zealand residence. Residence means that Immigration New Zealand has allowed you to live in New Zealand indefinitely. You are required to have:
  • Been present in New Zealand;
  • Fully met any conditions imposed by Immigration New Zealand in regard to your New Zealand residence.
有PR了，从INTERNAL AFFAIRS拷贝的，五年太长了。。。。。。。。。。。。。 If you can show that there are
       exceptional circumstances       that warrant a reduction, you may be considered as long as you have a minimum presence in New Zealand of 450 days with New Zealand residence in the 20 months before you make your application. 这个Exceptional circumstances怎么弄？

特殊情况估计就是像运动员啊，演员啊，能给新西兰带来特别好出的。

比如要代表新西兰参加伦敦奥运会，但你现在还没满5年，他们肯定会特别考虑。

我不是演员也不是运动员，这个要求也太高了吧。没有难言之隐的话，我就不发帖了。

说个比较靠谱的，马上奥运会了，在家苦练乒乓球，跳水，体操什么的，然后申请代表新西兰去参赛。如果内政部长那天正好没睡醒，也许可以特批你。
