Raewyn has been performing for many years both here and overseas in shows, and on the cabaret circuit. She recently started performing at business functions, singing jazz and older classics.4.30pm - 4.55pm The VadoseThis group of Hamilton musical friends will play a mix of Kiwi classics and originals, including the “Balloon song” that was a finalist in last year’s Balloons over Waikato song competition. They are mostly water scientists and draw their name from that mysterious place below the roots that is underground but not completely wet.5.05pm - 5.15pm Drury Lane Dancers - 'Take 10'The Drury Lane Dance Studio has been a successful Waikato icon for more than four decades. It teaches Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Ballet, Contemporary, musical theatre.5.25pm - 5.45pm Abbie-Leigh Harker-FergusonAbbie-Leigh from Tokoroa loves all things musical, jazz and blues are where she feels most at home. After singing around the world as part of a seven piece band and getting her first taste of live TV recently on the Good Morning Show she is ready to release her own music for NZ to enjoy. 5.55pm - 6.15pm TSOPA 7 piece band influenced by an inspiration to combine youth, maturity, and respect for our fellow man, motivated by 5 extremely talented session musicians almost ready to release an amazing album of home grown numbers. They will leave you wanting more as the youngsters of the group steal the show. Children of the future featuring 'Inertia ' are included in this act doing amazing song and dance routines with TSOP. 6.25pm - 6.50pm Done DealWe are "Done Deal" a 5 piece covers band playing a little of everything but mainly classic rock. We have been together for eight years playing in the greater Waikato. We are out to have a great time and in doing so hopefully giving our audience the same.7.00pm - 7.45pm The Beat GirlsThe Beat Girls are extremely excited to be part of the entertainment line-up for Balloons over Waikato.
The girls are proud to be headlining the show and promise to rock the party with their high energy performance, glamorous costumes, big hair and even bigger voices.
