我手機兩周前掉了，申請理賠，3月12日打的電話，跟我說將以下資料寄給他們,
1。手機收據
2。SIM card收據（手機掉了立刻就停了本來的電話號碼然後重新買了一個SIM，結果保險公司要求我附上SIM的收據）
3。手機盒的照片
4。寫信給Samsung公司要求他們將我手機封殺的郵件（後來知道Samsung公司無法這麼做）

保險公司是PremierCare。電話那頭的保險公司人員問了一大堆問題, 然後給了我一個理賠號碼。我隔天就將以上這些東西發郵件給他們。然後等待。
等到上週一, 19th March，沒有消息，發了一個郵件。繼續等待
今天又是一個禮拜過去了, 還是沒有消息，早上發了個郵件，說我下午會打電話給他們。
剛剛打了電話詢問進度，服務人員說我沒有權限申請理賠（保單上我爹的名字）,

我:  Why didnt you tell me 2 weeks ago？
保:  I dont know why the person you spoke to didnt ask for this, but we need your father to give us a call to authorise you to lodge a claim
我:  ok, I will ask him to give you a call, will this authorisation be on the record?
保:  yes it will be
我:  And I am speaking to?
保:  Kxxxxx
我:  And your last name please?
保:  Bxxxxx, Do you want to know where I live？
我:  no, that wont be necessary, I will ask him to give you a call
保:  Thanks.

Next time your bank offers contents insurance on behalf of another company (most likely), do yourself a favour, SAY NO.

I was on the phone with them just now, the girl I spoke to was

1. humming song (ok, I know you are having a happy day)
2. eating (you can hear the chew)
3. discussing food with her colleague, (overheard their conversation : ".... its yummy.... ")

这就是找银行做保险的其中一个坏处。要自己索赔。而且每次跟你服务的人都不一样。如果要是运气不好碰到新人的话，开始给你说错了，你还以为没得索赔了，就不了了之了。。。。就算事后被发现错误了，也就是一句对不起或来点小补偿。。。

Why can't you claim the loss if you find out that they made the mistake?

都一样的。。。条款都摆在那里亚！通过谁买都是要和那个保险公司索赔的，没有任何影响

条款是一样的，但有些时候不懂，就会错过了。比如索赔未必一定要INVOICE，有些人就不知道。索赔时人家问你有没有INVOICE，你只回答没有，然后也解释或以为就没得赔了，就错过了。那好的中介就应该帮你解释应该帮你考虑。。。。还是不说了，我自己都不是中介，就一个做审保的，说多了以为是在帮中介做广告呢。哈哈。。。。。
