信上说上周1 我在某路口变道过于危险被别人报告给警局了。（this person preceived that the way your vehicle was being driven at the time was not safe.)
我回忆了下  那天是我朋友开我车出去的，信上说如果不是我当时开车，就让我把信给当时开车的人.( if you were not the driver at the time , we would ask that you bring this matter to driver's attention.)

最后一段我读的半懂不懂的。说是要调查？然后可能会给罚款？（The community Roadwatch prgranmme is designed to informally deal with driving complains, resulting in no formal action being taken. however, should police receive a formal complait in respect of this driving incident, the matter may be  investigared with view to charges being laid against the driver.）

额，第一次遇到这种事，不知道问题严不严重。  该怎么处理。
而且当时不是我开车的，处罚什么的会记录在我名下么？  会不会被判定为危险驾驶？对我以后的保险费什么的有影响么求救相关专家解答~ ~~~~~~~~~~·

由于这种是社区的互相监督制，还不是官方正式机构的取证，所以只有警告的份儿

没关系就是警告，要有人告到警察局才有可能处罚。注意是可能，多数不会。找个理由解释旧好了。

现在要做的是不要理他就好。

警告而已，不会有案底的。以后开车注意就是。
