标题: 急求iphone高手解答！！！ [打印本页]

上周末手机提示有软件更新，按照正常程序更新之后提示我要填写完整的付款信息，我的是iphone4s在新西兰买的，app store和visa卡绑定的，以前一直没出过问题，我也没动手机和银行卡，所以不可能是操作不当。现在手机不能正常更新，也不能下载任何软件，可以用手机连接app store但是用电脑连接不上。所有的手段都尝试了，重新填写付款信息后提示visa卡的安全码无效，注销后也不行，急求iphone高手解答如何解决问题！不胜感谢！！！

是提示软件更新还是系统更新啊?
让你填信用卡的时候是不是只需要填3位数的安全码?
还是说你的手机现在已经白苹果了?

+Many customers have resolved this issue by temporarily removing their credit card information from their account. Here are the steps:+

+1) Visit the Apple Store online:+

store.apple.com

+2) Click Account in the upper-right corner, then click "Change account information" and sign in using the same Apple ID and password you use for the iTunes Store.+

+3) You should see your account-profile page. Under Method of Payment, remove all of the characters from the Card Number field. Do not change the expiration date or credit card type.+

+4) If you haven't already, select where you primarily use your purchases from the pop-up menu near the bottom of the page.+

+5) Click Continue. If you are asked to enter any other information, be sure to click Continue after making the updates so that your changes will be saved.+

+6) Make sure you're using the latest version of iTunes. It can be downloaded free of charge:+

+http://www.itunes.com/download+

+Note: Installing the latest version of iTunes will not affect your library or any items in your account that you haven't downloaded.+

+7) Click this link to open iTunes and access the Apple Account Information page:+

+http://phobos.apple.com/accountSummary+

+8) Sign in to the iTunes Store using your account name and password.+

+9) On the Apple Account Information page, click the Edit Payment Information button.+

+10) Enter your payment information and click Done to save your changes.+

+To ensure your account is functioning, try downloading a free item from the iTunes Store. To do this, navigate to the iTunes Store main page by clicking the Home icon near the upper-left corner of the window. Scroll down and click the "FREE ON iTunes" link near the bottom of the main page, then select an item to download.+

+Should you continue to experience difficulty after following these steps, or if you encounter an error message when removing your credit card information, please reply to this email and provide the following information:+

+- Your permission to reset the password+

+- The billing address listed on the account+

+- The name and artist of the selection you are unable to purchase or download (if applicable)+

+Upon receiving your response, the iTunes Store will verify your billing address, reset your password, and test your account. You will then receive an email with your new password and further instructions. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Have a great weekend!+

Any discrepancy in punctuation, abbreviation, or capitalization can cause errors, which might prevent you from purchasing from the iTunes Store. If you moved, or if your zip code changed recently, ask your credit card company to make sure its records are up to date and match exactly what you are entering as your billing information.+

+Please follow these steps to confirm or update your account information:+

+1) Go to Apple's My Info page: http://myinfo.apple.com+

+2) Choose your country and preferred language from the pop-up menus.+

+3) Enter your iTunes Store account name and password and then click Log In (or Continue).+

+4) At the My Info Welcome page, click Address Book on the left. Confirm or edit your information.+

+5) Click Phone Numbers on the left. Make sure the area codes and phone numbers are entered correctly in their respective fields.+

+6) Click Save Changes.+

+Once your information is updated, try placing an order on the iTunes Store again. If the iTunes Store still cannot obtain an authorization for your card, it means that your billing information is still incorrect, either with your credit card company or with its verification system, which may be handled by another company.+

+Fortunately, you may be able to make iTunes Store purchases with another payment method. For example, if PayPal accepts your credit card, you can use your PayPal account to buy from the iTunes Store. If you need more information about using PayPal on the iTunes Store, please let me know.+

+Another option is to purchase iTunes Gift Cards and redeem them into your account. iTunes Gift Cards are available at many retailers, such as book stores, grocery stores, electronics stores, drug stores, and Apple Store retail locations.+

+Your credit card may work on the Apple Store online (the Apple Store and the iTunes Store use different verification systems). If it does, you can buy iTunes Gift Cards and receive them by postal mail. Alternatively, you can buy Email Gift Certificates and receive them immediately via email. The Apple Store online is located here:+
