关于Qupon, 我已经在paypal开了dispute的case,并且直接把case升成claim了
Your dispute has been escalated

根据个人判断，这个offer是骗局。
对这个offer有疑虑的，建议采取类似行动。
仍然有信心的，请继续等待。

我比较保守，自己先撤了，我是没胆量给一个小kiwi转750刀的。

本来看到这么人信心满满的，想把自己的处理好就算了，但还是觉得良心不安，发个帖子提醒大家。
另外，不要以为是paypal支付就一定能追回来。如果他是个人账户，挂在papal上的是个人信用卡的话，还好处理。但如果他是用他那个空头公司的帐户，处理会有麻烦的。

另外，附一些我找到的信息给大家自己判断。
这家伙把facebook和twitter的账户都关了，但 http://twitter.com/#!/quponnz 仍可以看到他的发言。

我把最关键几处加黑了。

另外，好像2月份被骗的还没收到退款（至少有部分人）。他的理由居然是paypal要等30天才会显示退款，这是在蒙人了。卖家退款是即时显示在paypal上的。

没有paypal。。。因为以前觉得paypal就不靠谱，

已經下載了national bank 信用卡的 dispute form 準備交上去﹐上面寫 " I have attached documents showing the expected service or delivery date" 需要提交那個deal的資料﹐ 但是上面有up to 28 days的說明﹐ 提交上去銀行未必肯處理﹐因為有28days, 但是過了28 days, 又過了銀行的dispute 時間﹐怎麼辦﹖

我是說﹐那個dispute form上面需要提供qupon這個deal的資料﹐還有一個expected delivery date.
在qupon的deal 上面寫著﹐ 需要up to 28 days 才能收到gift card. 所以現在還沒有到expected delivery date.
但是如果28天後還沒有收到我們再去填寫這個dispute form, 很可能超過30天可以dispute的期限。
我先問問national bank怎麼處理這個問題。

再更新一下﹐剛剛跟national bank信用卡那邊確認過了﹐ 就算沒有到28days, 假如感覺受騙了﹐
是fraud, 還是可以提供填寫dispute form﹐ 需要把一些details描述清楚﹐ 例如這個公司沒有回復我的email,沒有人接電話﹐ 關閉了FB, 還有其他不少人也買了但是沒有收到等等。越早提供的話他們會越早展開調查﹐拿回錢。這兩天就把dispute form發過去。
