最近看中一套房子，是一块全幅地上有2幢房子是紧挨着的，但是一个门牌号码。像这种情况房屋保险是怎么买法？望高人解答？

You need ask if it has body corp ? It means if two house buy insurance and maintenance together. If not you just need state clearly. Hope it help you

不是UNIT哦，是原房主在原来房子旁加建一个小FLAT，两个房子有楼梯相连。每套房子有独立厨房，独立电表水表

Oh, easy, do not worry. When you buy house insurance, one question is how many dowelin, you can say it is two. That is all.
