现在broker能做到的房贷利率大概是多少？听说5.15都能做到？？还送现金，有这回事么？？还有更低的么

浮动最低的做到5%，这个是我知道的最低的了

根据贷款额决定。浮动最低可拿4.95%呢。固定一年一般来说可以拿到5.15%。如果贷款额大，可以拿到5.05%。有问题，跟我联系。021 683928

本人National Bank贷款的利率 5.15% Fixed One and half year./ floating 5.24%
The national bank will give you NZD 1000 for the lawyer fee
And if you change and transfer your earning income into National bank account, you will get another NZD 1000, including you purchase Home insurance with National Bank ( Every buyer must buy the insurance ) or apply a National Bank credit card.
You will got another NZD 250 when you friend have Home loan with National Bank and invite you join together.
Or you will got another NZD 250 when you have Home Loan with National Bank and invite your friend join together.
The both side will separate and got the NZD 250.

Who have intesting for new home loan with National Bank, i can invite you to get this NZD 250 extra.
Or who have make a home loan with National Bank after 1 MAR 2012 and don't have any person to invited you, i can invide you also to get this NZD 250.
Pls leave you detail and i will talk about with you.
