很多contractor，我隔壁整個團隊都是contractor, contractor超級貴的

actually contractors are cheap to the large organisations. they save a lot from kiwisavers, annual leaves, sick leaves, acc and potential redundency compensation.

it is cheap.

they hire you for 100k (for example), the cost for the organisation is 300k for you then, they expect you to creat 400k's wealth so the organisation is earning money and the CEO can get pay rise.

别那么乐观。不一定裁你。但是有其他伎俩，比如给你调个team，让你不爽，然后让你relocate（如果你在的是一个大机构的话），你不同意，辞职（遣散费都没了），同意，你在新地方也许更不爽，最后你也许还会辞职。

我已经用产假避过了一次裁员，现在又遇到一次，如果运气好应该还能避过的。：）我们公司的裁员是用voluntary redundancy, 不会force 的。

现在经济越来越不景气裁员会越来越频繁吧。。。

你确定你肚皮的速度能够跟上裁员的步伐？？？

18年被裁员大概可以拿40周左右的薪水，这个人年薪莫非60万左右？

contractor还是贵的。。。。

公司各个部门都要求消减10%的开支，大部分部门打算消减人手。有个IT部门说他们基本不需要裁人，只要砍掉一个不用的系统，外加把一个contractor 变成正式员工就可以了。那个经理一再强调这个contractor有多贵。。。。

但是为什么有的contractor 愿意转成正式员工呢？

我在想，是不是有的contractor的钱要分给中介很大一笔，如果只比较工资，相差的没那么大？

正常的公司是不会大量用contractor，流动惯性大，花费也高。除非是临时性的职位。
