I am from auckland, just started working in Palmy 3 weeks ago, like to meet some people here, go for lunch, dinner etc.

Ok, let me do a quick intro, I am male, 28, married, one daughter 1.5 years old and another daughter going to be born in May this year. I work as a IT consultant.

Currently here working Monday to Friday, going back to Auckland for weekend, later on I might bring my whole family to Palmerston North.

我是IT ENGINEER。。。。。。今年MASTER。。。
可能毕业在WELLY或者AKL工作。。。。我不想去啊。。。。
你们那缺人给我说下啊。。。。偶专业是TELECOMUNICATION AND NETWORKING ENGINEERING。。。

oh nice ! IT engineer is very good to find job in nz. I will look out for you if there is any opportunities.
I am mainly into software engineering. I think in Palmy the job market is small, but there are still some opportunities, I am here on a software project for two years.

Since I have small baby, i think PN is actually pretty good,, safe and good environment, just need to make new friends and settle down here.

I go to the squash gym (near the square) these days...

你为什会用到Matlab呢？那个是modeller啊，跟IT木有什么关系啊。而且它的语言非常简单，应该比JAVA， C++简单很多才对啊。大一时候学过，然后忘了。

哦。。楼主是auckland uni毕业吗，我们可能是校友哦，我27岁，是civil的，很有可能见过面哦。

简单？额。。。你指初级吧。。。。JAVA和C++才简单呢。。。
我要用MATLAB模拟4G网络传输。。。如果你MATLAB很强，请指点一下。。。

都就饭吃了，不过在我的印象中Matlab跟visual basic差不多，语言本身不难，主要是看logarithm组织的怎么样吧。如果高等数学好， matlab应该不难。
我电脑白痴， 4G是一点不懂啊，也不知道楼主研究的是什么方向，需要什么样的模型。大概看了些网页，不知道对楼主有用没

非常感谢。。。MATLAB可能对于高手来说简单。。。但是如果做一个很复杂的模型。。。需要好几年的。。。
而我恰恰正在做这个。。。而且只有一年时间。。。只好不停找别人做好的CODE去用。。。（我是初学第一次用，光看懂别人写的4G 相关的CODE就花了1个月，很小的程序）
高数很简单对我。。。按我一个SUPERVISOR的话说。。。。CODE不难就是要有FRESH IDEA。。。。。4G模拟全球还没有任何人发表这个SIMULATOR（很多都是公司自己研发用不发表的）我的SUPERVISOR说他运行一次他的程序都要等一周才有结果。。。而且是好多电脑一起跑。。。

yup, software engineering,, during study, its mainly java, C#, did Matlab in a year 1 paper, probably alot easier than the stuff you are doing with matlab.

I dont have QQ (sadly).

hey David, what year did u finish in auckland ? I finished in late 2006 from engineering school, so we might have seen each other on campus before.

Sorry i dont have qq, so what u are working in palmy ?

你要是专业是学电信的，又是MASTER，我看去华为吧。。。

额。。。国内有工作。。比华为好多了。。。干了2年都出来了。。。。再让我回去华为，除非在国外的华为待着。

AKL华为， 2D所有东西都是他们做的，现在都发展的挺大了。。

求介绍。。。。。。。。。因为听说华为很少要NZ这边的，他们要人都从国内直接拉过来，主要是。。。我没太多相关经验。。。

我看你是BS我们惠灵顿啊，惠灵顿还有阿郎呢。。华为现在在本地招了不少华人了。。他们不怎么从国内调人过来。。。

不是BS惠灵顿。。。而是我太瘦太轻。。。风一吹就可以放风筝了。。。。。。。
今天刚从惠灵顿回来。。。大吃了一顿。。。还带了不少吃的回来。。。。哈哈哈哈哈。。。

吃滴鸿图早茶，烧腊大王，蛋糕大王。
国内在国家电网调度中心。。。。干了2年。。。。

虽然出国快6年了。。。靠家里关系。。。工作还保留着。。但是。。。就算在NZ会饿死。。。也不会回去了

I am currently working at PNCC.
I finished Uni at late 2008. Might not came across each other before.
