星期三有个面试，这份工作需要understanding of SCADA communication，我正在做online research，但那些资料文字实在是晦涩难懂，有没有懂行的朋友，用通俗易懂的语言，把几个要点概况一下？多谢了。

When you've mentioned at SCADA you are really looking at a industry level controlling system that controls the flow of production.

a HMI (human machine interface) is written to allow operators to monitor and changes some of the system variable, as though not all the system control can be overrides, but most of the status, product level can be controlled and implemented.

Normal though my past experience, production level machines provides COM communication to allow us to write such HMI teminals with very limited functionality.

Again that stuff is like ancient, not many ppl may even have know that flow of control really exists and how it actually works. The trend of production control system now are more open minded with embedded operating systems rather than single cheap processing....

What could happen if I say the SCADA system is like antique in the interview? haha
