Even if you go to somewhere, the first thing they asked must be "whether you had discussed with your boss about this issue".

It seems like one day you went shopping, and you found out the changes the checkout lady gave you is incorrect, then you called 111 before you go to see the checkout lady.....

同意先和老板沟通~不要一时气愤就告到LD~如果老板没有搞错~很可能因为你的冲动而解雇你~~~如果是老板的错，再告到LD也不迟

It will be fedback to your boss eventually anyway.

If it was me, by going through lawyer or other government agencies, it shows my determination of not working here anymore.

你如何知道老板是按ＣＯＮＴＲＡＣＴＯＲ　付你的工资呢？雇员的工资和ｃｏｎｔｒａｃｔｏｒ的打不同的税率和ｔａｘ　ｃｏｄｅ。上ＩＲＤ　注册一下，可以看到你打税的记录。你老板是华人还是洋人？

记得很久之前有一个华人告老板，就是为是雇员还是ｃｏｎｔｒａｃｔｏｒ纠纷，最后输了官司，因为当初签的合同上的打税代码是ＷＴ(ｗｉｔｈｈｏｌｄｉｎｇ　ｔａｘ）。所以要看当事人当时与老板签的文件，如果是雇员，打税代码　ｔａｘ　ｃｏｄｅ大多数是Ｍ,ＭＥ，等　。如果是　ＷＴ,就是ｃｏｎｔｒａｃｔｏｒ了。ｉｒｄ也是要看这些的吧。

对的，用哪个tax code是在决定了到底是雇员还是contractor之后，才能选择填写的，我记得没错test 里包括很多内容，比如工作时间如何，是朝九晚五，还是on call, 是否在固定的工作场所，还是工作地点不固定，有很多需要质询的point,然后才能有个determination.

I can't believe there is someone who doesn't talk to employers about their mis-payment. what were u thinking? It seems u don't like your boss at all, and just want to put him into a trouble.
