家人明天要从dunedin飞到基督城，然后基督城飞新加坡，因为完全不会英文，所以不知道下飞机后在哪里取行李

然后哪里check in

需要注意些什么呢

取行李在机场一楼西南边，面对机场大楼左手，登记在二楼，出了扶梯右手走到底

网址，可以给航空公司打个电话让他们提供服务，可以在机场让会中文的服务人员帮你家人办理登记取行李什么的

i believe it is free for good customer service, just call the airline to explain your situation, they will let you know that kind of service or help they can provide to you. give it a go, see what you can get.
