我完成了法学，社会学，政治科学的学业，并且成为一名合格的法律执行官。 现在我在进修梅西大学商法及纠纷解决学硕士，并且努力成为新西兰仲裁调停协会的带级会员。在纠纷解决领域，我作为一名仲裁员或是调停员来解决商业纠纷。并且，我精通于英语和西班牙语。

2012年4月2日学生签证政策变化：
资金证明额度增加
从2012年4月2日起，办理学生签证需要提供资金证明为每年$15,000。注意：这里并不是指课程开始的时期 ，而是从你递交签证申请被接受的日期。
· 这一资金额度从2012年4月2日当天开始生效。如果是2012年4月2日前递交的学生签证申请，则按照现行的$10,000为资金要求。 一般而言递交申请的日期和课程开始的日期是相关联的。比如，我们不建议学生在3月递交申请然而课程在9月才开始。
注意：想要进行为期2年的单一课程学习或是获得连续两个学位的学生（比如学习level5课程后再进行level6课程），需要在申请递交开始时就提交足够涵盖全年学费和生活费开销的流动资金证明。
对于可以接受的资金证明的方式没有改动，如果学生贷款，定期存款，存款证明，银行账单等。
由学习到工作签证变动
对于Graduate Job Search和GraduateWork Experience签证要求的更改从2012年4月2号开始生效。
以下几种学生申请人有资格申请Graduate Job Search或是Graduate Work Experience签证：
· 完成Level 7以及更高等级新西兰认证的学历并且至少在新西兰学过该课程1学年的学生；或者
· 完成Level 4*到6级新西兰认证的学历并且至少在新西兰学过该课程2学年的学生；或者
· 完成两个单独Level 4*到6级新西兰认证的学历，每个课程都至少在新西兰学过一学年，并出示证明第二个学历等级高于第一个学历（一共要在新西兰学习2学年）。比如，获得一个Level5学历后再获取level 6学历，每个课程学够一学年。
注意：并不是所有Level4的学历都有资格，只有国家资格认证的Level4或是新被NZQA引进的新西兰资格证书，在符合移民局SM14.10要求的条件后才有资格申请。
一学年意味着最少两个学期，等同于至少8个月的学习。
请注意：这些变动对于那些在2012年4月2号以前开始课程的学生无效，这些学生依然执行旧条款。
学生依然被认为是在2012年4月2日前开始的课程，如果：
· 该学生人在新西兰；并且
· 已经开始了课程学习并且有出席
· 被移民局授权合法学习 – 具有有效的学生签证或是临时学生签证。
如果学生没有到达新西兰并且因此没能在2012年4月2日前开始课程，那他们就没有资格在完成既定学业后参与现有的毕业生就业途径。
如果学生在2012年4月2日以后（包括当天）到达并且开始课程，他们就需要完成2学年课程学习来符合新毕业生就业途径。
注意：这些变化的结果就是，对于学习单独Level 6或是更低等级课程的学生签证申请人，或是学习连续两个SMCpoints 课程（Level 4-6）需要详细信用评估。关于学生签证具体信用评估要求的信息在学生签证清单中有介绍。

02 APRIL 2012
Evidence of Funds increase
As of 2 April 2012, thefunds a student will need to show they have access to will be $15,000 per annum(pro rata for short courses). N.B. It isnot the start date of the course in this case that dictates the amount of moneyrequired, it’s the date the application for a visa is deemed to be accepted.
Note:Students intending to take up a single course of two years duration or twoqualifications in succession, e.g. a Level 5 course followed by a Level 6course, would need to submit evidence of liquid funds covering the cost oftuition fee and living expenses for both years at the outset.
There is no change in the evidence of fundsthat are acceptable, i.e. educationloan, PPF, EPF, fixed deposits, saving certificates, bank statements etc.
Study to Work Visa changes
The changes to eligibility for Graduate Job Search and Graduate WorkExperience visas come into effect on 2 April 2012.
The following categories of Student applicants are eligible to be consideredfor a Graduate Job Search or Graduate Work Experience visa:
· Students who have completed a qualification at level 7 or above on the New ZealandQualification Framework and studied that qualification in New Zealand forat least one academic year; OR
· Studentswho have completed a qualification at level 4* to 6 on the New ZealandQualification Framework and studied that qualification in New Zealand for at least twoacademic years; OR
· Studentswho have completed two individual qualifications at level 4* to 6 on the NewZealand Qualification Framework, where each qualification required at least oneacademic year study in New Zealand, provided the second qualification is at ahigher level than the first (two years study in New Zealand in total). For example, a Level 5 followed by a level 6,where each qualification is one academic year in length.
* PLEASE NOTE - Not all level 4qualifications are eligible – only National Certificates Level 4 or the newlyintroduced NZQA owned “New Zealand Certificate” Level 4 qualify if theymeet conditions listed in Immigration Instructions SM 14.10.
An academic year means a minimum oftwo semesters equating to at least eight months of study.
Pleasenote that these changes do not apply to students who commence their course before2 April 2012. Those students will comeunder the “old rules”.
A student is considered to have commencedtheir course before 2 April if:
If a student does not arrive in New Zealandand is hence unable to start his/her course before 02 April 2012, they will notbe eligible for the existing study to work graduate pathway after completingtheir proposed course of study.
If they arrive and start their course on orafter 02 April 2012 the student will need to be eligible for the new study towork pathway which requires the completion of two full time courses (with thesecond course needing to be at a higher level than the first course).
Note: As a result of these changes, studentvisa applications for studying single courses of Level 6 and lower or study fortwo SMC points accruing courses (Level 4-6) in succession will require detailedassessment to assess bona fides. Detailed information about meeting the bonafide part of the student visa instruction is provided in the student visachecklist.
