标题: 新西兰一家五口需要年薪多少才能生活啊？ [打印本页]

人在北美，最近可能有个工作OFFER在waitoa附近，准备一家五口去生活定居（现在还没有办移民），年薪大概多少可以买房生活呢？
没办移民之前，小孩上公立学校（小学和初中）收费和移民子女一样吗？

if thats the case, i would say you need at least 90k to 110k to just have a reasonable lifestyle. Also depends on your mortagage ofcoz

Auckland附近吧，不住在Auckland. 还没有想好在哪里住。一个人工作支持一家生活。

then i would say get at least 100k.. which case you will have about $1400 cash each week.

well,, that depends on what you mean by "comfortable living"
I would say its ok, have an average house, average living

5个人，是两个大人三个小孩吗？

不算房租/贷款，吃用的开销大概要4-500一周吧。

房子如果租的话，不在奥克兰，估计400就可以了。要买的话，40万的房子，如果贷款30万，每周也是还400-450左右（可以选择只还利息，就低点）

如果是奥克兰的话，房租要贵点，房子要贵很多。

所以每周至少1000税后，年薪5万税后，税前估计7.5万吧？这还只是最低消费。

lz我是从多伦多过来的，这边物价，房租，水电，汽车，汽油等普遍是加拿大的150%-200%+，除了青口比加拿大便宜以外。就算不换算汇率工资水平也比加拿大低很多。很重要的一点是这边看家庭医生是要交钱的，雇主一般不像加拿大一样提供牙眼物理治疗/针灸等医疗保险，所以额外开销会很大。像在多伦多，一家五口年收入税前5, 6万节俭点也过的了。

这边房价到是比加拿大便宜不少（奥克兰vs温哥华，惠灵顿vs多伦多），风景环境无限好，气候非常温和（夏天也比加拿大凉快）。不过考虑到高物价，在nz买房未必会比加拿大轻松。

new zealand is not a good choice for you  if only one working to support the whole family.
it it not a good life here. 120k a year if you can get. you will be fine

we are couple (both working) it is about 115K before tax a year.  we are still struggling but we got 2 kids in daycare.

the average income in New Zealand  is about 800k a year.
think before you do make the decision.

奥克兰平均工资高点，但房价更高

说白了nz是有钱人的天堂，打工仔没啥好赚的，物价还高

我相信在很多大公司是有这个平均数啦。但是如果算上那些领救济的，和其他没有什么技术含量的工种应该就没有这么高了。

如果算我们full time华人的平均工资我相信一定有这个level，甚至会有超过。。。

这个的确是误导。这个并不是全民普查结果而是工作网站的估算，而且绝大部分工作广告是不贴薪水或之贴up to xxx的，贴的一般也都是薪水高的工作。并且seek上几乎全是professional n management工作。

从多伦多过去的朋友提供的情况让我有点担心新西兰物价，电器和家具比加拿大贵很多吗？我想是否用RELOCATION PACKAGE托运一些家用物品去？加拿大电器在新西兰能用吗？

电器比加拿大贵不少，特别是和收入比的话。家具不清楚，可能差不多吧。这边用230v, 三头插座，北美电器需要变压器和插头转换器(有些电器如笔记本和充电器不需要, Check the label).

你如果是多伦多来的话会发现食品普遍比多伦多loblaw一级的超市还略贵，油价现在是2.12/L(多伦多去年底是1.25左右). 餐馆也更贵，好处是不需要给小费。

nz虽然遍地牛羊，但牛羊肉海鲜都比加拿大贵。遍地是手档手摇窗上世纪的老车，新车不多，好车罕见。

这边英国人多，美加过来的几乎都是度假或享受退休生活的。来这工作的非常罕见，中国人比较注重事业所以更没有来的了。我是和白人朋友过来的，边旅游边工作，但年薪相比加拿大少了近一半。

7-8万可以温饱，紧巴巴的

10万左右可以稍微轻松点

12万以上应该可以比较舒服了吧
