Do any of you know if there is good rental agent who good at Remuera or Ellerslie's house?

7% + GST I think, but it's all negotiable.

Jared is a property investor himself with over 18 properties I think.

His company StreetSmart currently has over 200-300 properties under manangement.

Jared is also the son of Tofu Shop Founder Ron Hoy Fong. Ron has 30 properties, and they are all managed by Jared now.

Jared knows his stuff!

Jared Hoy Fong is great.

I used them to find tenants for my rental property. They are really professional.

I've used Jared Fong for a year. I have to say it has been a nightmare using him as our rental agent. He charged us 6.5% and I've actually switched to another management company now and pay 7.5% to get a better service. Once you are on contract with him he is impossible to get hold of and does not return your phone calls. The tenants he finds are of low quality and often delays on rents. When I ask him for rental updates it takes forever for him to get back to me. After I've sacked him tenants now complaining to me that they had really poor service from Jared and the whole property is now in a mess. For your own sack, DO NOT USE HIM! After this instance I've learned the importance of finding good property managers..

谢谢你分享你的经历啊是的。找一个好的很重要我有一个东区的管理经理非常好但他不做中区的。请问你现在用的是管中区的吗

The prop is in new Lynn, this happened only few months ago. Pls note Im using my girl friend's profile to respond to this issue, I felt strongly to comment about it due to my bad experience with Jared. As I'm typing this I'm still resolving issues with the tenant and mess he caused in our property... I have serious doubts if he conducted regular property inspections...

thanks for the feedback, I feel sorry about ur situation.

A lot of my investor friends use Jared and I have not heard of any problems...

DIY la the 7% is actually a lot of money just to do a small amount of property management if you do the maths. Use the rental agent to help you rent it out very small cost and manage yourself. Just make sure you pick a decent tenant and has good reference from pervious landlord and prove of stable income (make sure they can afford the rent) and do periodic check on the property in and out. If you have 5+ property you may want to consider finding an agent...just my 2 cents and personal experience.

之前试过自己管理真的挺累的因为full time上班所以找人管比较好噢
