可以申请，－－－但要真正过去工作，需要你用中国护照申请澳洲PR ，或者你需要在这边换新西兰护照。

不看你是拿那里的PR ，主要看你是那里的护照。

of course you can, try your luck from job hunter or send your resume to employer you keen. It's better you get a job before go to OZ.

中國護照去哪裡都可以，但是要先申請簽證。
