你好，我想问一个关于employment contract的问题。 contract为一年现在已经工作了一年半， 没有签新的合约了。现在提出辞职不做了，发现原合同上有这么一栏
“The employee agrees that for a period of 1 years following the termination of their employment for whatever reason,they shall not, either personally, or as an employee, consultant or agent for any other entity or employer, solicit or engage or employ any employee of the employer with whom the employee had any dealings whilst employed with the Employer.”
问题是1）还可以在新西兰从事本行业吗？如果可以是什么办法呢？2）这个合同制约的只是新西兰境内吗？那如果回中国还可以从事原行业吗？同问加拿大，美国，澳洲。 谢谢作者: jayyang0128 时间: 2011-12-19 21:44:59
