My weakness?......(long pause + thinking)... Ah yes, well... I can't cook.

On a more serious note, my multi-tasking skills could improve more, but it's a lot better now compared when I started working few years ago.

这样应付吧哈哈(男生multi-tasking公认差点的)

What is your greatest weakness?
Most career books tell you to select a strength and present it as a weakness. Such as: I work too much. I just work and work and work. Wrong. First of all, using a strength and presenting it as a weakness is deceiving. Second, it misses the point of the question.
You should select a weakness that you have been actively working to overcome. For example: I have had trouble in the past with planning and prioritization. However, Im now taking steps to correct this. I just started using a pocket planner . . . then show them your planner and how you are using it.

Talk about a true weakness and show what you are doing to overcome it.

不要直接回答这个问题,一般我面试要是遇到这个问题,我就干脆讲点我自己的优点。比如说,工作他细啦,什么的。

My weakness is that I have many weakenesses..
作者: 韵儿    时间: 2011-12-17 08:51:41

being a perfectionist isn't a good one appearently, people say its too lame, and too many people use it. i think being honest with this question and talk about what you have been doing to improve on it would be better. everyone has weaknesses, employers appreciate someone who is honest about it, at least then they will be honest about making positive change. thats my 2 cents anyway.
