大家好，本人想让洋人中介公司帮忙找IT junior的工作，但是不知道哪几家比较有效。。希望有经验的大侠来发言一下。。小弟感激万分。。

我曾经挨家问过，他们都比较倾向于经验丰富的客户，毕业生或者经验尚浅的人还是自己投简历去IT公司好点，当然现在工作不太好找，希望楼主坚持，好运。

Junior == Grad or Junior== 1-2 years experience, if you are recent grad,you pretty much on your own.

好的中介有absoult IT， enterprise recuritment, 等，如果应届生，他们比较挑，enterprise 很多grad 的职位，他们要求GPA A- 以上
但是还是看个人能力，和运气了

Most recruitment agents only interested in applicants that have years of experience and knowledge. Because if they represent those applicants, they know they definitely can get the jobs so they get the commission.
The agents really not interest in juniors, as they don't know how good you are.

If you have the skill what they want ,they will come to you So fast. Just start apply from Seeks, then they will know you. Good luck,mate

seek上面有很多agents 投简历就好, 如果agent看上你了会找你面试。。
