如题，今天就刚才突然跑来让我负责今年圣诞function时候Secret Center的准备，让我写封邮件给大家，想问问大家这个邮件有木有什么特别需要注明的啊？特别是习惯上，风俗上那种
或者有谁今年已经收到类似的公司发的邮件的了可以发给我做个借鉴咩？拜谢大家啦~{:7_359:}

Hi All

Its that time of the year again! I will be the person organising the Secret Santa this year.

Please let me know by xx/12/2011 if you would like to participate this event :) Once I have received your reply I will come to your desk with busket/bucket of paper slips with names inside and you will be asked to draw from the busket/bucket

Here is the timeline of how Secret Santa will be run this year.

1. (Date) Respond if you would like to participate
2. (Date) I will come to your desk with a bucket of names.
3. (Date) - (Date) please leave your present at your giftee's desk/mail box

That is all!

Hello all,

Since the festive season is nearly upon us, I thought this year it might be fun to have secret santas.

We all pick a name out of an envelope, and whoever’s name you get, you buy a present for that person (to the limit of $10), wrap it and put it under the tree (which I will get sometime this week).

Please let me know if you are keen for this or not?

I thought we could all open them on the afternoon of the 13th (when asti is here), before the xmas outing.

Also, if anyone has any old xmas tree decorations that they could donate, that would be much appreciated!
