大亮点看不出来,参加四十五计划,之后六个月毁约,大概等于前面六个月享受一下每个月1。5G流量,之后毁约,连手机补贴,没赔钱

亮点就是之前签IPHONE4 可以换合约的好划算啊!。。。

130块*6=780 块话费买个手机,注意是话费啊!。。。

之后换成每个月60的PLAN 。。。

后悔啊!。。。为什么我没签!

No Plan Transfers: From 10 November 2011 online and 11 November 2011 through all other channels any customer buying an iPhone on a Smart plan contract for 24 months will not be able to transfer plans within the 24 month term.

这个是指11月10号以后签约的plan还是任何iphone plan?

亮点1:vf对新iphone plan不提供plan transfer服务,不人性化
亮点2:靠违约金赚钱。比如,签iphone $100plan 24个月,电话便宜$1000,当月违约赔$1150。签$200的plan 24个月,拿iphone 4s 64GB免费,价值$1349,当月违约赔$2300。每月交$200使用11个月以后还要赔$1300。

haha, if you were thinking to breach the contract at the beginning, why bother signing up a contract?

you are right. but the point is the penalty for canceling the contract should not be higher than what the customer get initially. because in some situation, it will force you to terminate the contract. for example, going back to other countries for development, and company reconstruction. you see what i mean?

Man,if you kept thinking in this way, you are a good man, but you won't be a good business man. it is very simple, if your customer got a $1000 discount on a iphone4s and he/she breached the contract in the same month, and he/she was only charged $1000 for early termination fee, how/what would make your customers stay on a 24 months term contract? they can jump out of the contract, sign up another contract with someone eles anytime as they lose nothing.
