Key Performance Indicators:
§ Demonstratedcompetency with respect to all aspects of software development and thedevelopment process
§ Successfuldelivery of solutions that meet client’s needs
§ Recognisedcompetency in one or more of Solnet’s products or services
§ Contributionto improvement of Solnet’s capability to deliver profitable solutions
§ Goodrelationships with clients and colleagues
Skills and Experience:
§ Broadand diversified experience in the development and integration of softwaresolutions over a period of at least 3 years
§ Skillsand experience in one or more of the following specialised areas: Java/JavaEE,.Net, Portals, Enterprise Integration, User Experience, Collaboration, ContentManagement
§ Musthave completed at least two significant projects in a development role
§ Preferablyexperience in use and integration of products from one or more of our partners egIBM, Adobe, JBoss
§ Indepth understanding of the benefits and use of a software development lifecycle.
Other Attributes:
§ Abilityto master new techniques and technologies rapidly in order to deliver the bestsolution for the client
§ Abilityto plan and manage multiple tasks to reach a successful conclusion
§ Abilityto work effectively under pressure and to adapt to change
§ Abilityto work well in a team and effectively contribute to the team’s success
§ Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
§ Excellentproblem-solving abilities
§ Selfmotivated and self-managing, uses initiative to get things done
