前几天在另一个版块看到这个话题（那贴好象被删了). 这么泊车真的犯法?

海斑竹的部门管不管这个?

6.13 Parking at angle
1) If the road controlling authority has indicated that vehicles may be parked only at an angle to the direction of the road-way, a driver must not stand or park a vehicle (other than a cycle) otherwise than in accordance with the direction indicated.

Thank you for your email dated 31 October 2011.

Section 6.13(1) of the Land Transport (Road User) Rule 2004 states:
'If the road controlling authority has indicated that vehicles may be parked only at an angle to the direction of the road-way, a driver must not stand or park a vehicle (other than a cycle) otherwise than in accordance with the direction indicated.'

The requirements for angled parks and linear parks (right angled parks) come under the same requirements in the Road User Rule as stated above.

As this remains the responsibility of road controlling authorities, I suggest you contact your local council for further information/enforcement issues.

Thank you for contacting Auckland Transport regarding Parking Rules in regards to angled Parking.

The matter was referred to Parking and Enforcement department for a response.

They have advise that in any angle parking space, the vehicle must park in the direction of the traffic flow unless otherwise stated on the sign.

They have further advised that the same will apply to right angle parking spaces as the article explains all the requirements.

应该是路边斜线停车吧.那当然不应该倒进去,不然开出来就成逆行了.
和在马路右边停车一个道理.

这个应该不是指在停车场如何停。。。应该是指路边不能反向停车。。

我对这句话的理解是，必须根据政府规定趴车（比如停车线/位的orientation），而不是怎样停进去。

跟停车场没关系，这个是路边停车的，如果单行路左边到右边，正常就是车头向右的，如果你逆停就给罚单，我就拿过。。跟你这个图上的停车场没一毛关系

我问的就是图上那种能不能到这进取，因为NZTA的答复好像说不可以.

平行的大多数人应该知道不可以逆向趴.

个人理解，如果路边停车是这个样子的，那就只能头进去？不然就逆向了。

如果是90度的话，没有任何指示的情况下，头还是屁股进都没问题吧？

不大明白，单行道，停车位在右边，是90度吗，还是向着前方？如果是前方那就跟我画的图差不多，如果是90度的话应该随便停吧？

我觉得这种斜着的屁股进去反而更安全。。。开出来的时候视野好。。。

斜的那种（三月图里的）肯定是不能倒进去的，这个Herald已经报导过了：

如果是90度的话还好说，如果是锐角的话，在没拐过来（到90度）之前，我觉得是逆行啊。。。

那个herald的报道好像没说是锐角还是直角，看图是锐角，但真的可能直角也不能这样停。。。。。。。

照片里看应该是锐角的，而且第一句写着：

"Did you know it was illegal to reverse into a diagonal space?"

所以可以挺肯定的说是锐角的.

也对，一般马路上的都是锐角或者沿路平行趴，只有停车场的才是直角。

总之是学了个乖，以后路边停车要注意了。。。

记得以前看过一篇东西(忘记那看的)说NZ的停车场是不能倒入泊车的，但现实是许多停车场都有车倒入泊车，也没见过有人去管。

我理解为如果parking是斜的，就要按照地上标的来斜着park（应该就是防止有人直着park进去占两个车位吧）

angle parking指的是那種斜角的....不是圖片裡面的直角,...

好像说的是路边那种斜着的，你顺着路就park进去了。
但是在shapping mall里面这种直的都是两边走的，可以随便park的

一边路边斜角的。。两边都有车的话。。。你要想倒进去还真有难度。。
