有几个重要的亲戚来新西兰旅游，其中一位在很久以前来过新西兰，说在rotorua有个吃毛利大餐的地方。是把肉什么的埋地下，用热石头烤熟的。他们还想再次品尝一下，有人知道具体在哪或叫什么名字吗？

that Maori traditional food is called Hangi, and you can have it in any Maori village.

There are a few in Rotorua, you can find some information from it's information center or websites.
