通过recruitment agency找了一个2个月contract的工作，被告知她们不offer PAYE, 我自己没有注册公司，就有GST No.,想说那就在invoice上用GST, 可是这个recruitment agency说不用。我就不明白了，那这个收入的税我怎么交。请明白人给解释一下

The agent will deduct withholding tax from your wages which is normally 20%. The tax will be returned to IRD within their PAYE return. You also can find the figure from you IRD account once your agent file the return. By the end of 31 Mar 2012, you are required to file IR3 return and declare the expenses you need to claim. IRD will work out what you should pay/refund for your tax from there.

填写IRD3 交给IRD就行了。

GST,随便你啦，想收的话还要做gst return

年收入不超过6万不用注册GST
