不会啊.. Discharge WithOUT CONVICTION... 没有记录的吧

There is a reason why it is called: " Discharge WITHOUT conviction".

WITHOUT, means "NO".

一般刑事犯罪会有3年内不得入籍的限制，discharge without conviction 就免除了这一限制。
