sue them....tenancy tribunal...
if you put the bond in the bond center, you can sue them and 100% winning...

teach them a lesson, take some time, in the tenancy tribunal, only cost about NZD$35 . get what ever you can. (they don not deserve your help)

the only problem you have is you should not keep the bond in you hand.

althought we have formal contract, i did not put the bone in the bond center yet, I never thought the problem developed so fast like this

没有放到BOND CENTER就不好办了，否则可以等一切费用来了，扣除了在还给他们剩下的钱。

可以问下亲爱的版主 >.< ，为神么就不好办了尼，现在就算扣除押金里面的钱，还是不够的，还少200左右，他们就是不给了。。。早知道我就早点把押金放BOND CENTER

如果坚持刷无赖，他们之前房租都是现金，我也可以说没收到租金。。。他们现在一定耍无赖。。。。。那我也不要客气了，我就和他们去法院玩玩

yea, this is the problem(bone) .
i will go tenancy tribunal sue them, even i lose, i assume it teaches me a lesson then, thanks bo ^.^

果然很麻烦。。。。。。虽然我问过我的律师了，他说这种事情最后都是不了了之，除非bone确实是在bone centre, 才能100%赢

这个就是你的痛脚, 搞不好还会被罚款.

怎么搞到最后我还倒给200 。。。我晕，第一次租房给别人，遇到几个这样的。。。真是郁闷，新来的房客现在已经找好了，顺便提醒没发生纠纷的华人，还是把押金放bone centre 安全，免的麻烦

除非你真的要跟他们折腾到底, 要不然200就当破财消灾. 罚款的活肯定多过200.

其实民事诉讼也很贵的，180刀一次。。。律师说的，划不来。。。
