我真的无语了真的 NZPOST上面明明显示的我的包裹10月7号上周六就到了NZ了结果到现在了今天都12号了还没有任何消息给我出问题了你倒是告诉我啊这让人干等着这个难受的干吗呢这是烦人{:8_396:}

在海关里面吧。。。耐心等待，或者打个电话到邮局问下

下次不要用EMS了，很慢的，fedex48个小时内到手上，最快了

The date of parcel arriving does not mean the date the parcel can be released, there are a lot of procedures behind the scene. As you can see your parcel arrived to NZ on 7th Oct, excluding 8th and 9th (non working days), it has just been 3 days (up to 12th).

Be patient and you should get it soon (if nothing is suspicious)
