A quarter of the region will line the streets of Christchurch on Sunday December 4th to watch the 2011 Santa Parade, presented by the Christchurch Children’s Christmas Parade Trust.
The route for this year’s parade will be MONTREAL STREET from Moorhouse Ave, to Cranmer Square.
The parade will assemble in Moorhouse Ave from Montreal Street to Hagley Ave, and both sides of Selwyn Street. The parade will disband in Kilmore Street between Montreal St and Park Terrace.
We apolgise for the late notification of the route.
The proposed temporary bus interchange for approx 5 hours will be in Hagley Ave, between Riccarton Ave and St Asaph St.
Let’s make this parade one to remember and for a couple of hours forget about the events of the past 12 months!
