interview 后他们联系你的referees??是说他们会进一步考虑你，是这样的吗？？还是只是check一下？？谢谢

除非你的referee想搞你，基本上等于你已经拿到offer了。恭喜楼主~

check Reference是job interview/application process的一部分，check reference不等于你就能拿到offer,但可能性已经比较大了。

Good luck to the OP. reference check对于大部分公司来说就差不多是工作拿到手了，但听说有些employers会在interview后再挑几个候选人然后check这些人的reference，check完后才会决定。

我是reference check后过了一星期就拿到offer了。

the company i work for, we only bother with reference check AFTER we have decided to offer the job to a candidate.

如果reference很好的话，一般就是要你了。

我见过一个倒霉孩子，面试什么的都很好，经理们也很肯定她的表现和CV，结果最后一步refrence check，3个，全部都给了非常非常差的回馈。。。。。。不知道是这孩子是被整了，还是太没心眼。。。。。。

一般认识的人（而且referees都是自己挑的至少感觉和自己的关系还不烂吧）能给很差的回馈也真是挺难找了吧。是不是他公司不愿意他走人啊。

也不明白到底怎么回事，本来那工作基本就是定了她了。。。。。。

要看是recruitment公司check你的reference还是公司check 你的reference. 前者和后者差别很大...
