就要Panel Interview了，而且是通电话的。。大家能否传授点经验啊？

我知道有3位Leader参与，其中有一个是HR的，其余两位是部门Manager , Advisor

偶的朋友很nice，已经给了我一些建议，比如注意communicate with all of them, stay calm and professional...

请过来人提点~~~

2011/10/05 上午Panel Interview 进行了45分钟，三位leader轮番问完，i already tried my best to sell myself.
Panel Interview是三合一的，HR问Behavior + Personal Questions, 其他两位主管问technical and work experience questions in detail!! 竟然还问到GDP的概念，见识了，这个过程我经常有思考和停顿的时间，希望不会有太大影响吧

一大早刚刚进行完45分钟的panel interview

technical questions + behavior questions+ personal questions

问了Confidence Interval, GDP等等的概念，

中间我回答的时候有想有停顿的时候不知道结果怎样

已经尽力了。。。。
