我想问下，刚刚通过的Education [Freedom of Association] Amendment Bill，是指学生从明年1月1日起可以选择不缴纳student service levy对吗？既然如此的话，如果我现在enroll明年（2012）第一学期的课程。在所需缴纳的费用上student service levy仍然在列，但是我是有权选择不缴纳的，对吗？不知道那位熟悉这方面的可以解释下我的理解是否正确？作者: AMICUS_LAW 时间: 2011-10-6 14:41:37
您好，student service levy 应该不是 student association 的membership fee.
