It sounds like the LZ is very interested in Urban Planning? I saw a number of posts on this before thou I dont think there was anyone answered.
Anyway, dont get too serious about the Auckland Plan as there is no $$$ and Central Government simply does not support many projects mentioned....and who know whether this will be replaced by another bunch of new plans a few years laters as planners like to make new plans or review plans every 5 years but things just never get built ....
