there are many variants, it depends on what company you working for, the nature of your work (developer?it support?.....), your performance, etc...... usually IT graduate can have 1w-2w increase in salary after 1 year

i got offered 3k pay rise after my 1st year in IT and that's what prompted me to jump to another company.

If you are working for a big company (doens't matter whether it's your first year or not) typically people only get 3-10% pay rise out of their annual review.
