是不是因為我工作第一年的關西..好少阿...連我一個月薪水都不到, 這算正常嗎...
計算機壓了一下, 才我年新的5%...日..

還是老闆在暗示我要多努力上班..

Top sales of the company. never get any cash bonus 含泪飘过. last year got a free trip to China. The year before got a free trip to Fiji. This year nothing happen so far.

If you can, try factoring the bonus into your annual income when negotiating for a package. So if you get a bonus on top of that, it's really a bonus. {:7_366:}

如果我比平均低, 我就在努力一點, 看哪邊該改進一下..
比較高的話我就繼續保持

if you are in sales, most companies pay incentive base on your sales results.
the company i used to work with, some managers receive about 3 times of their salary annually.
the harder you work, the more pay you get, at least seems fair.....although the company still take most of the profit...

我们公司每个员工都有on target 年终奖的，根据级别不同，比例也不同。从10%-55%。TEAM和个人的performance还会给这个奖金加两个multiplier, 如果两项performance都非常高的话，理论上是可以拿到 on target 奖金* 200%*1.3 的数字。。。。

这事情太简单了
看看公司营运业绩
如果很好还少的话
就是你不被重视
如果一般般
5%挺正常

要看职位和工作内容高低，不要看钱多少
职位高一点，工资涨得飞快，昨天还是自行车，今天就能买跑车，这种情况也不是没出现过。

我们今年公司成绩不错，有大概5K Bonus拿，加薪14%。

大部份人是没有年终奖的，尤其是我们这些搞生产管理的。
