小弟刚接到一个graduate engineer的offer，然后公司email给我他们的合同文件让我签署。我想请问下论坛里有做过civil engineer consultant的前辈，签之前还要注意些什么吗？比如一般这种consulting公司的标准benefit, insurance什么的。。谢啦

As a grad, you will not get much any way , find a company that pay you better in the future.
