有没有人参加过? 我申请的是custormer service rep,叫我去他们的assessment centre面试，不知道都做什么！如果有参加过的，可不可以分享一下经验，十分感谢！

相关学历要求不高，英文流利，别太紧张

i did before, but it's ANZ not westpac.
2hr assessment: 1. group work/discuss
2. one by one scenario interview.
3. EQ/IQ test.
Most important thing is you can speak in English fluently and confidently.

我是周四下午的。
刚刚收到他们的email. 整个assessment一共包括三项，interivew, role play, group exercise.
具体到什么样的内容就不知道了。网上查了也没找到。

nowdays all the big companies do those stupid assesments.
actually those who are very good at assessment are not necessarily good employees.

同意呵。

有些评估者自己还说，回到以前他们应聘的时候，也没有这么多的环节与测试，他们自己也未必可以通过这些测试。——我这里指的不是Westpac. 但是现在大机构选人都喜欢这样，其实要不要那个人，很多时候前面半分钟到3分钟就基本上有感觉了。

i am waiting for the contract too. =.=

by the way, i think there were only 3 chinese (including me) on the assesment day. do u think we met on the assesment day already ?
