大家好，我昨天参加了一个面试，是IT职位的，3个工程师轮番问我技术问题，技术面试完毕，他们说要给manager汇报结果，过了5分钟一个manager来了，单独审问我，都是问一些个人的问题，然后问我的待遇期望值，多久可以上班等等。整个面试过程中，包括技术面试，我感觉都回答的不错（都是自我感觉），大家觉得有戏吗？

我每次interview都有问到这些问题可是最后还是没戏。。。

i have u got the job ! the 3 tech guy are obviously happy with ur skills, thats why they get the manager to talk to you to finalise the job. So yes, i think u got it !

有人知道一般reference check 是面試經理的任務還是由HR來做嗎？

u'd better send out a thankyou letter tonight. actually it's a little bit late. just say thank you and show them your strong interests to that position again. u get nothin to lose anyway

我以前申请一个工作, 老板当场答应给我offer, 还把我地址都要去了, 说是给我寄合同. 第二天中介告诉我工作给别人了, 可能是因为我比他多要了5千块.

在你拿到签字合同之前, 任何事情都可能发生.

I already sent a thankyou letter 1 day after the interview. But it was sent to their HR personnel, who I didn't get to meet during interview, and I don't have the email address of the manager who interviewed me. No reply yet from the HR. I am just hoping that they are busy checking my ref.....

IF THEY ASK U TO PROVIDE REFEREE TO DO REFERENCE CHECK,THAT MEANS U ARE ALMOST THERE .
